Delhi is preparing for its monsoon mood. Its time for the fritters and tea as we see the splashes on our window. Some of us would like to go for a drive and sit at a cosy cafe or restaurant and munch on some yummy delicacies. Noida’s Soho Kitchen in sector 37 will give you just that scrumptious experience in a cosy environment filled with loads of creative flavours.
This might be that perfect spot you want to reserve to spend some giggle time with your friends. Or if you are fond of Lebanese, Mexican or Italian even Continental, then the menu is widespread for you to travel and explore. If you are bringing along kids, they will have plenty to be happy about – from pizza to french fries, all taste and no waste of your time.
What I really like about this place is its super-efficient commitment to deliver to the customer’s expectations.
There are some selections in the menu of Soho Kitchen which are meant for those adults with fiery taste. Like the chicken tikka pizza, the BBQ chicken pizza, paneer tikka pizza, etc which are all Indian versions of our favourite Italian style brick oven pizza.
Hand kneaded and oven cooked, the pizza offered by Soho Kitchen is not only tasty and crisp but also healthy. Kids like to have the Classic Margarita that really cheesy.
Speaking of non-spicy delicacies, I really liked their cheese chicken fries and veg lasagna. The chicken is crispy with the cheese covering it all over to only melt in your mouth.
The lasagna is soft and it will give an explosion of soft delicate flavours on your palate, leaving a taint of cheese memory. Turning the super thin layers and giving that veg mixture, one body and one soul composition are not only difficult but also challenging. Soho Kitchen masters this technique with a lot of simplicity and give that perfect mouthful of lasagna.
