An alumnus of Delhi University, she is a published author of two fiction works. She has previously been into Defence journalism, Food journalism and Business journalism. In her journalism career, she has successfully contributed to the growth of Defence and Security Alert Magazine, Food and Beverage Buzz magazine, Inc42 as Associate Editor. She has also been the Consulting editor of Bloomsbury and she is currently consulting with many startups. With the Food Media, she wishes to focus on the journalistic stories of the food industry and food startup ecosystem.

Diana Chingakham



Dr. Ashish Chopra, renowned culinary historian, author and TV Host, has over two decades of experience documenting and researching food history and culture globally and Pan India. He is the founder of the upcoming School of Ancient Culinary Art, and also the former consulting editor of Business India magazine and Food and Beverage Buzz magazine. He has been researching and contributing for both national newspapers and international magazines like Pioneer, Hindustan Times, The Tribune, Assam Tribune, Condé Nast etc. He is associated with the International Woodpecker Film Festival as their principal advisor and also is currently, the culinary advisor for Travel XP channel.  He has also authored the first ever cookbook on tribal cuisines of India and on Northeast cuisines. He believes that food, music, and culture transcends all boundaries of caste, conflict and religion. To respect food, tradition and culture is the best way to respect and understand humanity.

Major Rakesh Sharma


A highly decorated Ex Indian Army officer and a motivator, Maj Rakesh Sharma has explored various work domains and businesses. His interest in the Food world springs from a famous early 20th-century historical quote ” An Army marches on its stomach”. Besides being food and travelling enthusiast, Maj Rakesh is a social activist and operates a primary school for the underprivileged sections of the Society. Currently, he is a social activist and promoter of rural cuisine and organic farming.

Tripti S Shinghal


Tripti is Chartered Accountant , SRCCian and Post graduate in law with over nine years of progressive experience in profit and non profit organisations both large and SMEs and includes business and financial advisory for various organizations such as PwC, Grant Thornton (GT), World Bank (on behalf of GT) etc comprising handholding and laying procedures for SMEs, due diligence reviews, forensic audits, statutory & internal audits and other business advisory services. Experience includes various multi – national, foreign and domestic clients spread over a range of industries and been involved in a number of cross border transactions, both outbound and inbound, on behalf of strategic and financial investors.

Mentoring and Advising Entrepreneurs, across sectors & business stages in helping them build exponential growth businesses.

Currently acting as Member, Governing council, NIESBUD, Ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship, Tripti is also Chairperson, Sub NOS committee – entrepreneurship, MEPSC Skill Council, Minsitry of Skill development and entrepreneurship and Chairman- Women Entrepreneurship Committee – PHD Chambers of Commerce, Co-Chairman – Startup Committee – PHD Chambers of Commerce, India Leader – South Asia Connect program by University of Texas and Embassy of United States of America.

In Past have acted as Advisor to World Bank Group.
